Ten Hut!
Okay is that what they really say? "Ten hut!"? Or is it some shortened version of "AtennnnTION!"? I have no idea. But it works as my title for this blog post, so I'm going with it: Ten HUT!
Today was packing day, and we got 10 boxes done—10 pretty boxes lined up in a row! Three-quarters full of Christmas cards. . . the rest are birthday, general cards, and love cards. I'd been holding onto the Christmas ones for a while as they kept coming in; the last box of cards took only 3 days to ship, so I didn't want to get these out too early!
And these carry some VERY special treats: cards from children! What fun it was to put those in the boxes. Hope they help make our troops' holiday a little brighter!

Yeahhhhh, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.. The kids cards are great. Love them. Oh, what fun..
OH! I see Sami's card in the first photo (she is not in the troop) and my cards in the 2nd! Can I tell you this brings tears to my eyes? So beautiful! What a wonderful gift to the men and women that are putting their lives on hold, and on the line, for us... God Speed to all of them..
That's my girls!!! I told them tonight about the challenge they won and they were so proud!
Thank you so much Sandy!
thanks for all you do Sandy! I love seeing the piles of cards! I know are troops do also!
LOL! Yes, "Ten-Hut!" is supposed to be "Attention!" Like standing at attention. We don't really say "Ten Hut!" LOL! Your blog always cracks me up and makes me smile. Thanks for being such a great "Battle Buddy!"
