A-caucusing we will go

Hi ho I'm merry oh, a caucusing we will go!

Yes I get to go meet some neighbors and talk politics and I can't wait!!!!! I've never caucused before. I'm an avid voter, and since living in my current house, I've always voted at the poll site rather than absentee...something about meeting other citizens from my neighborhood, the whole thing just fascinates me. And caucusing sounds like that interaction on steroids! I don't know if we've ever had caucuses in WA state before and I just didn't know about them, or...? I get the feeling this could be new because of the current state of affairs in the elections. I hope to find out more tomorrow afternoon. A question for you all:

As for WinterStamp? Not tonight. It's been a long week and I'm pretty wiped! After work tonight I went up to Impress ostensibly to pick up a free pouch that I was owed for my recent purchase of Copic markers. They hadn't arrived yet when I bought the markers, and the store left me a voicemail the other day that it was in. And I also found something very exciting while there—a friend had left a RAK for me at the store: a gift certificate!!! How awesome a surprise is that! So....what did I get? Another dozen Copics!! :)

I ran a few other errands, sat in 45 minutes of pouring-down-rainy-stopped-traffic to go 15 miles, and now that I'm home I just want to have my feet up! So...I put a log on the fire, turned on the radio, made a little dinner, and parked here to relax for the evening. I plan on checking out the WinterStamp pieces in the Two Peas Gallery, doing a bit of reading and Bible study, and if I'm still awake after all that, a little colouring with my new Copics. (I have a ginormous box of RAK'd stamped images from Deloris, so plenty is there for my colouring pleasure!)
