Sickness, get thee behind me!
I think I'm seeing a real pattern.
Every time we get past a major OWH deadline, and all those cards get sent out, I find myself coming down with whatever's going around. It must be the lack of sleep in the final week or two of tending patients at the card hospital. (or perhaps those patients have some germs they're sharing!) But....I've been home sick today. I have my Joe Cocker voice, and this cold has come with some goopy eyes - ever experienced that? No idea what to do for them.
Anyway. I've been creative today, just not on making cards....but I do have some HouseMouse cards from Saturday's great adventure, so here they are. Oh and before I forget to tell you, check out HM's official Facebook page, and click on their videos. Ellen, who draws these, rescues critters, and has some sweet short videos of baby animals she's helped!
In the blog cleanup I did this weekend (what do you think of it, by the way? I downloaded it from BTemplates- it's wider, and has three columns!), I decided I'm going to start using those tags a lot better than I have. This blog is so full of stuff, and stuff that even I can't find, so I hope to start tagging better! Do you search people's blogs using tags? Even if no one does, it'll help me, so I'll start - but won't be going backwards to tag old ones. Unless I realllly have insomnia someday!
As for today's creativity, I put together an OWH challenge for everyone...so stay tuned to the Homefront Blog for more info tomorrow morning. And as a reward to those few people who come by my blog and check out my posts every day, here's a preview!

Wow Sandy, these are great. I hope you get feeling better.
Take care of yourself, Sandy!
Your cards are great as always. Thanks for inspiration.
Hope you're feeling better!
Cute cards, especially the graduate!
Feel better soon, Sandy!
drink lots of fluids and rest girl! Hope you feel better soon. Those prizes are sweet indeed!
oh and yes, I do use the tags to search people's blogs.
Hope you feel better soon, Sandy! Sounds like what I had not too long ago and was home with... and know what you mean about being productive but not on cark making! Took over a week to get my mojo back again! It was a nice time to cut zillions of liners for the cards I know I will be making though! See you've been playing around with your blog, LOVE it!
