Your bows are always so nice! I can't get mine to look that perfect, the center tie area is always bunched up. How do you get the flat part to show instead of the knot?
I'm not sure, Nancy! This one used such fat ribbon, it took a lot of fluffing to make it lay down at all anyway. I always end up pulling the ends to make the loops small and then re-tugging the loops, adjusting as I go. But I think the secret to tying that has made mine better in the last year or two is that the thicker the ribbon (not this thick always!), the easier to control the bow. The thin stuff gets all bunchy on me too! But...maybe I'll do a video of me tying ribbons sometime and see if I can show how I do it, coz the question has been asked before too.
I hate making them too. This one is lovely.

I'd love to see a video of your fancy bow tying skills someday! Put it on your lengthy list of things to do, please!
