Basic Grey...for my kiddos

Basic Grey,
CTMH
It's time to write another letter to the kids I sponsor through World Vision - I picked some Basic Grey paper with a "girly" side and a "boy" side. Julia has commented on how I decorate the insides of hers, so I did it again for her...the scalloped flower comes from a packet of stickers by American Crafts that were in my latest Studio Calico kit. And the ribbon - some of my new yummy May Arts from Stamp Simply! THis one also happens to be this week's sketch, turned on it's side.
Chrispine's card uses the back of the BG paper...simply layered. He *is* a teen boy!
The sentiment on both of these is from CTMH.Hope the weekend is going well for everyone! I'm off to get a new propane tank, and will see if I can fix my grill. Now that summer is finally here, I wanna grill :)

Sandy, I have some 5 x7 cards that reflect the child theme that soldiers ask for earlier this year. Would you like them? The about 10 - 20.
Very nice! I especially like the 'boy' card. I find teen boys to be a huge challenge.. Pat K.
Sure Judy! Send them on.
Two more great cards! I love the details on the inside. Thanks so much for all you do!
Both cute cards, Sandy! I love, love, love that ribbon you used on your sketch card! Thanks for joining us in this week's OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch Challenge!
Great paper! I love the neutral, earthy tones. Teen boy cards are the toughest for me. You nailed it with this one, perfect!
Thanks for choosing our product for such a special project!
Really really nice boy cards. As others have said, they are the hardness to make.
A really great card for teens or young men. thank you.
